Based on the orientations of the PNS 2024-2034 (vision, values, guiding principles and reforms), and developed through an inclusive participatory process involving all stakeholders in national health action, the PNDS 2024-2028 is the first step in this renewed commitment by the Government of the Republic, to provide the Gabonese nation, by 2034, with a healthcare system whose governance is consolidated at central, regional and departmental level, with complete national coverage of essential quality services accessible to all, particularly at the first level of the healthcare pyramid.
