The Institutional Strategic Plan 2019-2023 was the result of a collaborative process that had a multi-sectoral working vision. It is aligned with national and international policies and commitments assumed by the Republic of Paraguay. The three institutional objectives are as follows: i) Strengthen the steering role and governance; ii) To advance towards universal coverage and access to health services; and (iii) Strengthen the institutional management process.
