Third-party payment experts, taking into account the presence of the main departments concerned (Ministry of Health, Finance, Social Protection), the Fonds Commun Santé, the unit currently in charge of the dossier at the DEP, the DOS, and experts in public finance management. Convening intuitu personae as far as possible.
